NJFLA and FMLA
If a woman goes out on maternity leave when will NJFLA begin? Also, when does NJFLA and FMLA run concurrently?
i.e. Woman goes out (prebirth) she is on FMLA Woman gives birth Is this where NJFLA begins and runs conncurent with FMLA or FMLA and NJFLA run concurrent when the mother is off of TDI?
